Verification

Every guide is verified before listing. This is the part the OTAs do not do, and it is why your badge means something.

Licence issuing authority Enter NONE if this market has no statutory guide licence — we then apply and publish a substitute standard. Licence number Licence / certification document Government photo ID The name must match your licence, your insurance and your listing. First-aid certificate Public liability insurance It must name the activities you run. A policy that excludes water activity is worthless for a snorkelling tour. Activity certifications (diving, skipper, vehicle class, equipment) Company registration — businesses only Listing tier Billed annually, separate from the one-time credential audit.
